Be Stupid!

It's kinda hard to justify this saying, "Be Stupid for Successful Living", it's like, are you saying failures are cooler than our nerds... simply, the provocative Be Stupid Diesel Ad Campaign, just wants to give the message that doing silly stuff has it perks and you shouldn't be ashamed of your stupidity, because, sometimes these actions lead to you becoming a better person because, how can we learn from our mistakes without stupidity. This is kind of hard to justify and lots of explainin to do, i don't exactly praise the ad campaign, just sayin that i get parts of it. Just free yourself and explore all possibilities, be insane, be unpremeditated. Be Stupid. They also had Be Stupid shirts giveaway, and i rushed to snab one, it's not too shabby.

Music of the Week

Before you start, you can go right into the 2nd paragraph! I find myself being an oddball when it comes to specifying myself to a certain music genre. For example, I would go sing my heart out with "What I Did For Love" from A Chorus Line Musical too blasting my ears with Passion Pit. However, i'm the kind of person who listens to a song repetitively for half a month and forget about it and go right into the next one, meaning i cannot keep a commitment to any bands or musical artists. I do believe i have a pretty good musical taste, it's the i knew that band before it was famous syndrome, but let's go right into the main subject and out of the intro.

Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros has this mixture of folk and this certain twanginess to their songs, that really makes me want to scout some mollases somewhere in this gloomy, yet not so dreary winter chill of the Northeast. An L.A based band what a suprise! music is thriving in L.A as usual, just kidding of neo-lookin' Ol' fashioned hippies (which i love, subtleness is very refreshing sorry oversized V-neck guys).
I really love their songs "40 Day Dream" and especially, "Home" it's a song about a couple talkin' about their relationship interpreted by these 2 singers' great interaction It really is a song any couple or anyone experienced relationships can relate to. it just makes me all giddy up and want to cuddle with my super gigante pillow (i don't have a giant  ANIMAAL, for my mom throws away anything that's not geometrically right, ughh...)

"Home"
Try listenin' to it.

He was beyond amazing, a talent that was so deviated from the norm. He was praised by both celebrities and young inspiring designers, enthusiasts, and artists.

After McQueen, came this

Alexander McQueen (Show Spring/Summer 2010)
I was at total shock upon hearing this sad news and Before we begin, Let us all mourn for the death of Alexander McQueen, he was a great inspiration to our generation and he dared to create things that we all are in total awe of. He was just getting started into revolutionizing fashion. His works was in the works into transcending haute couture upon the average joe (general mass) in our world who have yet to discover his works that are sure fire worth of their appreciation, like the "Bad Romance" by Lady Gaga music video which featured a number of his designs. For today, i will devote this day to admire his works and all the energy and hard worked he put into.
RIP, Alexander McQueen.

This was pretty much a very hard 1st day of posting, for this unforgetful tragedy and this even pushed me forward into going more into the depths of works of the legendary McQueen.

Now a birth...
I was moved by a friend of mine to discover new things and open up a big folder off my curiosities in life, fashion, school? I wanna learn new things, apparel, music, and all that stuff, feel free to comment.

Yours Truly,
Deenette
